Citrus

Honey! I've Drunk It All

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Honey Rum
  • Or 50ml Spiced Rum & 10ml Honey Syrup
  • Stratford Citrus

Method:
Cover the rim of a rocks glass in honey, then sprinkle salt over half of it. Fill with cubed ice, add rum first, then top with citrus.

Over Fans

Ingredients:

  • 40ml Overproof Rum
  • 10ml Passionfruit Syrup
  • ½ Fresh passionfruit
  • 15ml Mango & Orange Juice
  • Stratford Citrus

Method:

Shake first 4 ingredients with ice, double strain into coupe, top with Stratford Citrus and garnish with other half of passionfruit.

Zinger Mojito

Ingredients:

  • 3 Jalapeno Slices
  • 8 Mint Leaves
  • 50ml Golden Rum
  • Stratford Citrus

Method:

Muddle Jalapeno, Mint and rum in the bottom of a hiball glass. Fill with crushed ice. Churn with bar spoon and top with Stratford Citrus. Garnish with a mint bouquet.

Katie's Tip: When "churning" a drink, put a napkin on the top of the glass with your hand over the top to prevent it spilling everywhere

Tropical

It's a Knockout - Punch Bowl Serving Size

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Overproof Rum
  • 100ml Pineapple Rum
  • 150ml White Rum
  • 25ml Honey Syrup
  • 10ml Grenadine
  • 75ml Orange & Mango Juice
  • 5 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 5 Bottles of Stratford Tropical
  • Lime wheels, orange wheels, pineapple slices.

Method: Fill punch bowl with ice. Add all ingredients – stir well.

Katie's Tip: If you don't want to buy honey syrup, use equal parts water and honey - dissolve before adding to cocktail.

Uranium Fever

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Overproof Rum
  • 20ml Green Chartreuse
  • 10ml Velvet Falernum Liqueur
  • Stratford Tropical

Method:
Add first 3 ingredients to a shaker. Shake with ice. Single strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Top with Stratford Tropical, give it a stir. Garnish with dehydrated lime.

Stratford Five-O

Ingredients:

  • 30ml Pineapple Rum (If using Cointreau this should be 25ml)
  • 25ml Vodka
  • 10ml Blue Curacao (or 15ml Cointreau)
  • Optional Pineapple bitters – 3 drops
  • Stratford Tropical

Method:

Add all but Stratford to a shaker with cubed ice. Shake and strain into a hurricane or hiball filled with crushed ice. Top with Stratford Tropical. Garnish with a classic flag garnish and pineapple leaves.

Hedgerow

It's Pink ... & It's Scented

Ingredients:

  • 40ml White Rum
  • 15ml Pineapple Rum
  • 10ml Cherry Syrup
  • 10ml Hibiscus Syrup
  • Stratford Hedgerow

Method:

Spray rose water around the glass before you start. Shake all ingredients, except hedgerow. Pour into hiball filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a spritz of rose water and hibiscus/rose flower.

Katie's Tip: It's not really a tip but the little dog does have the Delta Nu Logo, true to Bruiser Woods. You just can't see it!

I'm Blushing

Ingredients:

  • 50ml White Rum
  • 25ml Cranberry Juice
  • Fresh Strawberries x 4 cut into ¼'s
  • Stratford Hedgerow

Method:

Muddle strawberries with rum and cranberry juice in a shaker, add a splash of hedgerow, fill with ice and shake. Double Strain into coupe glass. Top with Hedgerow. Garnish with strawberry slices on cocktail stick.

Dan's Hedgehog

Ingredients:

  • 30ml Dark Rum
  • 5ml Crème de Casis
  • 5ml Grenadine
  • 50ml HOGan's Apple Cider
  • Stratford Hedgerow

Method:

Build in a hiball with cubed ice. Give it a stir. Garnish with blackberry and apple slice.

Katie's Tip: You don't have to use Hogan's cider, it's our local and Dan really wanted a cocktail called Hedgehog. A medium sweet cider is great for this recipe.

Spiced

Spice & Shine

Ingredients:

  • 30ml Caramel Rum
  • 25ml Dark Rum
  • 15ml Coffee Liqueur
  • Stratford Spiced

Method:

Fill hiball with crushed ice, add rums first, then Stratford Spiced. Churn gently. Then float coffee liqueur on top.

Dark, Nut Stormy

Ingredients:

  • 45ml Dark Rum
  • 15ml Frangelico
  • 5ml Hazelnut Syrup
  • Stratford Spiced

Method:

Build in a hiball glass stir first 3 ingredients before filling with cubed ice and topping with Stratford Spiced. Stir again and garnish with a lime wheel.

The Spiced is Right

Ingredients:

  • 35ml Dark Rum
  • 15ml Spiced Rum
  • 10ml Caramel Syrup
  • 10ml Apple Juice
  • Stratford Spiced

Method:

Shake first 3 ingredients with ice, add to a hiball filled with crushed ice and top with Stratford Spiced. Apple slice to garnish.

Katie's Tip: Gold leaf for garnishing is a great touch for this cocktail too. You could either put it on the glass or just the edge of the apple slice.
